About CentraDirect
CentraDirect is a specialised compounding service that prepares personalised medicines for patients across Australia. We work with Centra Health, a national telehealth provider, so you can see a practitioner online and have your compounded medicine prepared and delivered without leaving home.
Who Prepares Your Medicine
Every CentraDirect medicine is compounded and dispensed by Direct Chemist Outlet Knox Health, a QCPP accredited pharmacy at G01/538 Mountain Highway, Bayswater VIC 3153. Our pharmacists follow strict compounding standards and Victorian pharmacy law.

Our Partnership With Centra Health
Centra Health provides telehealth consults with AHPRA registered practitioners. When a Centra Health practitioner prescribes a compounded medicine, the script comes to CentraDirect. You can also send us a script from your own doctor. You are always free to choose the pharmacy that fills your prescription.

Dispensing pharmacy: CentraDirect is a compounding service of Direct Chemist Outlet Knox Health, G01/538 Mountain Highway, Bayswater VIC 3153. All medicines are prepared and dispensed by registered pharmacists under Victorian pharmacy law. A valid prescription is required for all prescription medicines. Compounded medicines are not TGA approved products.
